The Personal Dashboard is an application that uses an individual’s Connections meta-data (shares, likes, comments, tags, creates, etc.) and computes a variety of component scores and an overall score about their social participation.

- Customer wanted employees to better understand how to increase impact through growing their network, knowledge, reputation, and social capital.
- To allow employees get more visibility on their social investment so they can better recognize the value of their social network, and what they need to do to maximize it.
results
We helped fetch the employees social data from different data sources and show in the form of dashboard to visualise and understand what are the improvement areas, current networking trends, values gained etc..
