We conducted the sentiment analysis based on the users’ feedback.
Business
- The customer was an IT major
- They wanted to find a way to understand the employee’s sentiments about their HR policy and take corrective measures.
Problem
Employees feedback were captured were not being able to analysed to predict the sentiments towards HR policies hence it was difficult to analyse the core concerns.
What Worked
We conducted the sentiment analysis based on the users’ feedback posted in wiki forums, blogs, mails, forms etc. and provided the trend on daily basis on the intranet of human resources department to boost the concept of One Company One HR policy.
