OVERVIEW:

This instructor-led course provides participants with the knowledge and skills required to maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases in Production Environment. This Microsoft course focuses on teaching participants how to use SQL Server product features and tools related to maintaining a database. Also this course helps you prepare for the Exam 70-462..

TARGET AUDIENCE:

The primary audience for this Microsoft course is individuals who administer and maintain SQL Server databases. These participants perform database administration and maintenance as their primary area of responsibility, or work in environments where databases play a key role in their primary job.
The secondary audiences for this course are participants who develop applications that deliver content from SQL Server databases.

  • SQL Servers (2 numbers) should be on members to the Domain Controller
  • SQL Server 2012/2014/2016 Enterprise/ Edition – Media or Installed product on SQL Server
  • Domain Controller Account, One Domain Account (Local Administrator also) for SQL Server Services on both SQL Servers. For some of the features, domain account is required for sql server service.

This module introduces the entire SQL Server platform and its major tools. It covers editions, versions, basics of network listeners, and concepts of services and service accounts.
