Kislay is a Mechanical Engineering Graduate with more than 22 years of experience in Leadership, Software Project, People, Program & Product Management, Delivery & Operations, Agile Methodologies, Big Data & AI Business Strategy, Enterprise eCommerce Strategy & SCM and Design & Development of enterprise applications on various platforms including Java/J2ee, Magento Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud (Demandware) and TIBCO.

- Brings extensive experience in executing multiple enterprise projects for global clients in onsite/offshore model and leverages these experiences to build solution relevant to client’s needs.

- Most of his recent time has been invested in exploring Big Data Analytics & Artificial Intelligence
He is also the founder of an eCommerce venture www.ARTSofINDIA.in that creates sustainable livelihood opportunities for the rural Indian artists specially women to sell their handcrafted eco-friendly products.
He has acquired a deep understanding of software product development life cycle. Certified in agile scrum & ITIL, He has played key roles in multiple product development projects in Mobility, Oracle Hyperion, Insurance and e-Commerce throughout. He is also a social activist who always finds time to do services to the society.
Kislay is technology evangelist, a problem solver, methodical and very passionate about his work. Mentoring young blood is one of his interests.
Kislay also mentors startups at various stages of their startup journey to build their business from scratch.
