Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead or support end-to-end Oracle Fusion implementation lifecycle: requirements gathering, CRP, SIT, UAT, go-live, and hypercare.
  • Configure and implement Oracle Fusion modules based on business needs:
  • Finance Modules: GL, AP, AR, CM, FA, Tax, SLA, Expenses, Budgetary Control.
  • HCM Modules: Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Time & Labor.
  • SCM & Manufacturing Modules: Inventory, Order Management, PLM, Work Execution, Costing, Maintenance, Procurement, etc.
  • Facilitate integration with third-party systems like Yokogawa DCS using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Design and deliver BI/OTBI reports (up to 20 custom reports per module).
  • Assist in data migration from legacy systems and validate imported data.
  • Coordinate with client-side teams, including techno-functional and security teams.
  • Provide training (Train the Trainer approach) and prepare user manuals.
  • Support client during the post-go-live hypercare period.

Skills/Experience

Technologies

  • Expertise in one or more modules: Finance, HCM, SCM, or Manufacturing.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST APIs.
  • Experience in BI Publisher and OTBI report development.
  • Strong understanding of business process flows in manufacturing industries.
  • Good exposure to data migration activities and testing (CRP, SIT, UAT).
  • Ability to prepare functional documentation and coordinate with technical teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience
