In the past 10 years, since its inception, Irisidea has come a long way to where it is standing today. We have been pioneers in the industry for many years and are known for taking innovative steps. We are very proud of our achievements and all the people who led us here.
March 2008
an idea took the birth
The world market was going through recession and business were struggling to keep their heads up. Something different was needed to do to survive. An idea to help the businesses with futuristic technologies took birth and we kept working on this to convert this idea into reality for the next 2 years.
April 2010
start with a small service
This was the time when we started our company. We had no idea how far we would go, we weren’t even sure that we would be able to survive for a few years. What drove us to start the company was the understanding that we could provide a service no one else was providing and we started crawling within few months.
June 2010
first employee & first office
By this time we were able to put our feet on the ground and started walking. We started our first office in the silicon valley of India, Bangalore. With some customers under our belt, we were creating our brand name within the managed IT services industry.
Feb 2011
the expansion
We were growing and needed more people and office space to be able to execute the work we had in our hand. We started our Mumbai and Bhagalpur offices and with three development centers in place, we were going strong.
June 2011
first recognition
We closed some big deals in the space of business process automation. Within months we realized that we could provide a service not many were providing, that made us a brand, that had an distinct identity. We were on the newspapers for creating employment opportunity in the remote areas of India.

eCommerce solutions company
the internet was changing the day to day life of people. Innovation with technologies were on everyone’s mind. startups were taking birth every corner of the small and big cities. eCommerce platform were changing the buying habits of the people and with some hesitation, everyone started buying products online. Irisidea could not be left behind and within no time, we were having a great team who could deliver any kind of small or enterprise eCommerce solutions on the platforms like ATG, Demandware, Magento etc..

The name of the company changed from Irisidea Technologies Pvt Ltd to Irisidea TechSolutions Pvt Ltd.

Dependency on the futuristic technologies are growing day by day. Automation is the only way forward. Customers are looking for intelligent software which can interact with people. Irisidea is one of the very few companies in India providing conversational bots solutions to its customers.

Irisidea Inc., Canada becomes operational
To bring more support to the customers across USA/Canada region, Irisidea opened onshore center in Canada which became operational from November 2022.
We will be able to expand further to service customers globally by having our presence in Canada & USA.
