Gautam Goswami is a graduate of Assam Engineering College, Guwahati, and a certified professional in ‘Comprehensive Software Project Management and Design’ from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bangalore.
Gautam has been contributing as a Head of Engineering & Data Streaming for Irisidea, starting by getting involved in understanding current technology scenarios setting up future paths, and strategies, and taking overall accountability for the technical direction of the organization. Gautam directly gets into clients’ business problems and helps them transform their business with his vast experience in end-to-end data-driven solutions.
He has more than 20 years of IT industry experience and in-depth knowledge of various technological platforms and business domains. Previously, he worked with multinational giants like IBM, Hyperion, Symphony Services (currently Harman) NMS Communications (Currently OnMobile) across India, Sweden, and several European countries. Acquired wide expertise in the design and development of financial products of Hyperion (Now Oracle), and participated in multiple product’s solution architectures of Hyperion to enhance their existing customer’s knowledge on new releases and features in the USA.
Besides, Gautam is a core member of DZone.com (DZone.com is one of the world’s largest online communities and a leading publisher of knowledge resources for software developers) located in North Carolina, USA. For the last three years, he has consistently been nominated as a Top Big Data Expert by the DZone community. Also a member of the World Congress on Engineering and Computer Science.
Gautam is a research oriented professional and love to publish papers of his research work on various international platforms. Currently, his research area revolves around data streaming.
He is also part of various social initiatives including and not limited to www.ARTSofINDIA.in that creates sustainable livelihood opportunities for rural Indian artists specially women to sell their handcrafted eco-friendly products.
Gautam has also made huge impact on various e-commerce products, solutions, and projects with his vast experience in the ATG commerce space.
Gautam loves to mentor his sub-ordinates at various stages of their career journey.
