Role & Responsibilities
- Setup and configure Ansible and Ansible Tower.
- Create different type of Ansible Playbooks to automate tasks (Roles, templates and jinja2 templates).
- Having experience in Server Automation (using different modules Linux and windows).
- Creates, removes, or resizes logical volumes.
- Make filesystems on Linux machines.
- Configure System Firewall with the firewalld daemon.
- Add or remove kernel modules from blacklist.
- Linux Vulnerability scanning and compliance remediation
- Windows related tasks automation.
- Checking certain configuration and report for it using Ansible (example: periodically report on systems matching the password policy).
- (Good to have) experience in Network Automation using Ansible (examples)
- Backing Up Network Device Configs.
- Configuring the host name, domain name, and nameservers.
- Configuring System Settings.
- Initial configuration for a newly added network device.
- Modify existing configuration for a shifted network device
