Hiring During Covid-19

At a time when there is a noise of layoffs and pay cuts, Irisidea decided to shun the negatives and look at the positives. Amid all the gloom surrounding the job market due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there’s good news. You can upgrade, up-skill and update your learning while getting adjusted to new normal.

Not all companies are firing and laying of people. Some companies, including us, are still hiring. Apart from the positions open for senior technical resources, we are trying to create vacancies for fresh graduates and interns to support them at this crucial stage of their career.

Being part of similar slowdown during 2001 when I had just come out of my college, I can easily understand the hardship of fresh graduates hoping to kick-start their career with a bang. We are a small organisation yet self sufficient to provide the much needed cushion for these graduates. Our motive is to give them a platform, where they can prepare themselves better for a tougher tomorrow.
